Dear ProQuest Customer,

ProQuest® will be performing infrastructure maintenance on March 19, 2011. A twelve (12) hour maintenance window will be required for this maintenance. The window will take place from Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 22:00 EST to Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 10:00 EST. See below for a more complete list of times and time zones.

The following products will be unavailable during these windows:
  • ProQuest platform products (including the new platform), ProQuest Historical Newspapers (traditional and graphical K12 interface), American Periodicals Series
  • Chadwyck-Healey products such as Literature Online, Periodicals Archive Online, and Early English Books Online
  • CSA Illumina products such as CSA Technology Research Database, Illustrata: Natural Sciences, and CSA Sociological Abstracts
  • Genealogy and local history products including African American Heritage, Ancestry Library Edition, HeritageQuest Online, Historic Map Works Library Edition, ProQuest Obituaries and Digital Sanborn Maps
  • K-12 products, including eLibrary and SIRS
  • UMI products including ProQuest Digital Microfilm and online dissertation products
Maintenance window schedule, by time zone:
  • Eastern Standard Time: Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 22:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Greenwich Mean Time: Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 02:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Central European Time: Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 03:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Japan/Korea Standard Time: Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 11:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Malaysia/China Standard Time: Sunday, March 20, 2011, at 10:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Australia Eastern Daylight Time: Sunday, March 20, 2011, at 13:00 pm for twelve (12) hours
  • Brazil Standard Time: Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 23:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • New Zealand Daylight Time: Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 15:00 for twelve (12) hours
