Des del CSUC ens han informat que hi ha un problema global amb la plataforma Emerald que està impedint l'accés a la plataforma i/o la descàrrega dels PDFs a text complert, des de l’editorial els hi han dit el següent:

There is currently an issue with this error appearing when customers are trying to access PDFs, our platform team is working to resolve the issue. There are the comms we are sending to customers:

We are aware of an issue which is affecting the downloading of PDF content at the moment. This is likely to be related to a security update which was released to the platform this morning (16th Jan), and our Platform team are investigating this as a priority.

In the meantime, please advise patrons to use the HTML access option to view article content. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
