The first new reports showing usage on Wiley Online Library will be published in September. At this point we will reprocess all usage data for the period January to August 2010 and deliver this as a 'year to date' monthly report in Wiley Online Library. This will include usage gathered on Wiley InterScience in January to June 2010, usage gathered on InterScience and Wiley Online Library in July, and usage gathered on Wiley Online Library in August.
Usage reports for 2009 and earlier will continue to be accessible as Wiley InterScience reports from the Customer Administrator area of Wiley Online Library.
Q. - How regularly are usage reports updated?

Q. - What journal usage reports will be available?
A. - We will provide usage reports required by Release 3 of the COUNTER Code of Practice for Journals and Databases (www.projectcounter.org), i.e.,:

Q. - Will other usage reports be added to Wiley Online Library?
A. - Yes, we will work to add other reports, including Journal Report 1b from COUNTER, over the several months following the launch of Wiley Online Library.
Q. - Will our usage be affected by the site transition?
A. - Yes, we expect there will be a temporary interruption to usage as the site changes. This is a result of the necessary downtime, search engine re-indexing of the content, and users who will at first be unfamiliar with the new site. We will do all we can to minimize these effects and expect the usage to fully recover within a short while of the new site's launch.
